“When I first started the program, it was to lose weight and after working with Mikayla I found that the number on the scale was not as important as how I felt in the gym and in my clothes. Over the course of 6 months my body composition changed and I lost five inches in my waist and went down two pants sizes. I also gained more self confidence and learned how to navigate staying on track nutritionally while traveling for work. Mikayla educates you along the way and the frequent check-ins assist with seeing progress toward hitting your goals. I would highly recommend working with her and am excited to take my learnings from this program and continue to incorporate those healthy habits into my everyday life!”

"I am proud of myself for starting my pregnancy under the guidance of someone I trust, who understands my goals and lifestyle. Since we worked together in the past (and I got in the best shape of my life!) I knew to trust the process and I would get the results I wanted. Many people had said "now's the time to let yourself go and enjoy it!" which was the complete opposite of what I wanted to do. I felt that being disciplined early in my pregnancy would make postpartum easier on my body, and give me an advantage in getting back to my pre-baby body.I really felt strong, beautiful, and unstoppable in my 1st and 2nd trimesters! I was able to do all the activities that I wanted, had an incredible amount of energy and stamina, and was confident in knowing I was getting the right nutrition to support myself and my baby. I have to give Mikayla and The Morph Method credit for helping me put my body through a lot of endurance activities that I had made plans for despite being pregnant. My big milestones included months of cycling training so I could summit Haleakala on Maui at 21 weeks pregnant, a sprint triathlon at 25 weeks pregnant, and a metric century bike ride at 29 weeks pregnant! Mikayla also had great tips for other ways to incorporate fitness into my routine now that I don't have an event to train for. Perhaps one of the greatest takeaways is the mental shift I had in what training and nutrition mean for me now that I am going to be a mom. I plan on slowing down now and starting the Morph Method again postpartum!"

"I had nothing but a great experience with The Morph Method Program. I went into the program with very loose goals, and unsure of exactly what I wanted to get out of it. Mikayla guided me through each check-in, with new things to learn and focus on each time. This resulted in me having an overall better understanding of nutrition and relationship with food. As someone who was worried that a nutrition program meant being 100% dialed in all of the time, and completely eliminating a few lifestyle choices like eating out and drinking alcohol, I found this is was not the case for me at all. I can confidently say Mikayla helped me find a balance that worked for me and provided me with guidance to continuously see results. I could not recommend The Morph Method Program enough. "

“I thought I knew about nutrition in the past but this program really allowed me to understand how to grocery shop, cook and eat to support my body in an optimal way. Additionally, I liked Mikayla’s coaching style. Her messages about once a week kept me accountable and were sufficient communication. It was always easy to communicate different goals as they came upon me and we adjusted accordingly with a long term plan. I have consistently higher energy levels (even while cutting and through 75 hard), am grocery shopping/cooking with a purpose, have a more positive relationship with all foods, and am learning to set my own nutrition cycles (leaning out for the summer, gaining muscle and also times when I can take it easy and not track). This program has helped me to tailor my own nutrition for my future goals whether it's to run a marathon, have visible abs or gain muscle. Because eating is such a big part of my life, the knowledge I gained from working with Mikayla will be invaluable to me for the rest of my life!”

"I've learned from The Morph Method that it is possible to teach an old dog new tricks. I'm 62 and have been thin all my life. What I learned was that thin didn't mean healthy or fit. Clothes can hide almost anything. Once I learned to count my macros (I had to start with learning what that meant), I actually started eating more and, more importantly, eating more nutritious foods. It took awhile but I got the hang of weighing and measuring my food. After the first month or so it was apparent in my photos that the back fat was disappearing. Thin became more fit. Mikayla is not only my daughter but an outstanding coach and very patient. She was a little tough on me (being her mom) but I've learned a lot and believe in her coaching.”

“The biggest change I've made while following The Morph Method is being PREPARED! (and being prepared prior to a new week starting is key for me.) I have learned that failing to plan is planning to fail. Having my kitchen stocked with all the things I need to be successful for the week is the most important. Also, eating MORE is a big factor. I know now I was not eating enough prior to meeting with you and doing this for the last few months. I have learned that my body needs carbs to feel fueled. I used to think carbs were bad but I know now my body relies on them. When I don't eat carbs, I feel lethargic and like I have no fuel in the tank. It is also essential for crossfit! I have been feeling the best in the gym this year than I have in a long time. Plus, my overall comfort level all around this summer was GREAT! I felt the best in a bathing suit and summer clothes than I have in years and I was more confident and happy!! Social events with food were great as well because I never completely restricted my food choices but I did use a lot more portion control so I could get a taste of all the foods that I wanted to."

“I never thought that at 42 I'd feel better than I did in my 30's. I'm healthier & more fit! When I was getting my hair done the past couple times, my hairdresser pointed out how great my skin has been looking & I know for a fact it's because of the way I'm eating. I wish I had the money 5 years ago to do nutrition coaching because I see that it really can make such a huge difference. “As a wrestler there is a stigma that “oh you don't eat.” It's not true. With this program I learned how to fuel my workouts better. I gained knowledge about why eating enough was important to my sport. I was able to go to practice, not feel tired, and after practice I didn't feel depleted. When competition season rolled around, I had energy to think at school while slowly dropping weight. I didn't feel moody like I did in the past while cutting weight for dual/tournaments. I would highly recommend this program for high school athletes.”

“I was my worst enemy telling everyone because of my age (I'm 71) I couldn't lose weight. Plus at “our” age, I figured we don't have an appetite anymore and can't each much. Boy, was that a Big Fat Lie! Hooking up with Mikayla and her slowly and intentionally starting me out on more calories than I think I've ever eaten and guess what? I started losing body fat. Then, she did it again, and again and again...and I continued to lose. Now she's taken me up yet another notch to have me hold in maintenance. Again, more calories than I've ever known to take in and I'm holding steady. The big winner is the inches/fat I've lost, muscle definition I've gained and PRs I've had in all my activities. People at the gym are commenting plus I feel comfortable in my clothes. This is truly the best way to learn about healthful nutrition choices, build muscle and lose fat.”

You hear it all the time from people, how hard it is the older you get, the weight gain, etc. It's all a myth, you can really make some healthy changes later in life. Mikayla coached judgment-free with patience, knowledge, and encouragement.
